Yaya Bouaré,
Executive Director

Yaya Bouaré has over 17 years of experience in development interventions with a focus on education, resilience, governance, security, and stability. He is a seasoned monitoring evaluation expert (M&E) with specialist knowledge in designing and mainstreaming gender equality and social inclusion approaches in hard to reach areas. His past experiences include working as Senior M&E adviser, Program Manager, Information System specialist for international clients such as DFID, FCO, UN, and USAID.

Hadjara Moussa Gros,
Associate Director
Hadjara Moussa Gros has over 11 years of experience in governance, policy, and security, and electoral process management. She has a seasoned corporate background in project management, human resource management, specialist knowledge in talent acquisition, and organizational change management. Her past experiences include working as Head of Office for a European diplomatic mission, Political and Security Advisor for UNDP, and Security Sector Reform Specialist for UNOWAS.
Mahamadou Camara,
Associate Director
Mahamadou Camara has over 8 years of experience in political and security consultancy. He has a track record in designing and delivering high performing community engagement and development projects with a specialist focus on market systems and business development. He is the founder a successful translation and interpretation firm and his past experiences include working with the UN Peacekeeping Mission, Think Tanks, and research institutes .
